OpsWork is operated by Saqib Engineering Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as OpsWork. Registered office: Unit 17b Bradmarsh Business Park, Rotherham S60 1BY, United Kingdom. We act as data controller in respect of personal data submitted through this website and as data processor in respect of customer data processed by the OpsWork product within customer tenants.
Through the website: contact details you submit (name, work email, company, message). Server logs (IP address, user agent, request path) retained for 30 days for security and analytics purposes. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Through the OpsWork product: Customer data is processed inside the customer-controlled Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure subscription. OpsWork Ltd has no routine access to customer content after deployment; support access requires explicit customer approval, is time-bound and is logged. Further detail is in the Data Processing Agreement.
To respond to your enquiry, provide quotations, deliver onboarding, and operate the OpsWork service under contract. Server logs are used to maintain the security and integrity of the website.
We rely on legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries, securing our website), performance of contract (delivering the product under your subscription), and consent where applicable (optional marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time).
We do not sell personal data. We share contact details only with sub-processors strictly necessary to deliver the service (e.g. our email provider, our hosting provider). A full list of sub-processors is available in our Data Processing Agreement.
Website enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact. Customer contract records are retained for seven years after termination, to meet UK statutory record-keeping obligations. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, and request portability. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@opswork.co.uk. We will respond within one calendar month.
We operate inside UK South Azure regions wherever possible. Where any transfer outside the UK is necessary, we rely on UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses with our sub-processors.
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies for session integrity. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
If you are dissatisfied with how we handle your personal data, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first by contacting privacy@opswork.co.uk.
