Common questions

Questions engineers ask before they sign.

Is this the same as Microsoft Copilot Studio? +

No. Copilot Studio is a general-purpose configuration tool that takes 8–26 weeks to build workflows and requires a Power Platform specialist. OpsWork is a finished vertical product built specifically for UK HV consultancies. It deploys in 14 days because the workflows are already built.

What data leaves our tenant? +

Customer data is processed inside your Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure subscription. Every agent runs in your Azure subscription. Designed so OpsWork Ltd has no routine access to your content after deployment unless explicitly approved for support.

Does it replace our engineers? +

No. Client-facing, irreversible and material actions require human approval before anything reaches a client. OpsWork handles the administration around engineering — never the engineering itself.

How does human approval work? +

Every decision the agents propose arrives to you as Approve / Tell [agent] / Postpone. Nothing goes to a client, a register, or a document without a human approval. The audit trail records every decision and who made it.

What do we need before deployment? +

A Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription (minimum), an Azure subscription, and 14 days of access for our team to configure and test. You do not need Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or any additional Microsoft licences.

Can it work with our existing SharePoint structure? +

Yes. We map your existing structure during Days 6–9. We do not require you to reorganise your SharePoint. The agents adapt to how you already work.

What happens if an agent produces incorrect output? +

Every output is reviewed by you before use. The agent includes its confidence score and source references so you can verify. Tell [agent] is the correction mechanism — corrections improve the agent over time.

How is OpsWork removed if we stop using it? +

We remove the app registrations, the agent identities, and the Logic Apps. Your data — SharePoint lists, documents, project register — remains exactly as it was. Nothing is deleted. Nothing is ours.
